These terms apply when you buy or use Eye Candy on this website. By paying, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Digital Areena, a partnership firm with its principal place of business at First Floor, R-25, Shop No. 2, Rita Block, Shakarpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110092 ("we", "us"). Eye Candy is created by Rajdeep Chakraborty and sold by Digital Areena.

2. The product

We sell Eye Candy, a digital fitness course in two plans: Fat Loss and Mass Build (muscle gain). Each is a 4-week plan (12 and 13 pages) split into six lessons that you read on this website and that unlock in order. The plans are not available as a download. Prices, paid once: ₹999 plus GST for one plan, ₹1,499 plus GST for both, and ₹500 plus GST for the second plan if you already own the first. 18% GST is added at checkout: ₹1,179 in total for one plan, ₹1,769 for both and ₹590 for a second plan. 3. Buying and access

Payments are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets. Your course unlocks as soon as the payment is confirmed. You log in with the email and WhatsApp number you used at checkout, so please enter them correctly. Lifetime access means access for as long as Eye Candy is offered on this website.

4. Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course yourself. You may not share your login, resell the course, or copy, screenshot, record, upload or publish any part of the lessons.

5. Health and safety

Eye Candy shares general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury or are pregnant. You train at your own risk. Results depend on the person and are not guaranteed.

6. 1:1 coaching

Applying for 1:1 coaching does not guarantee a place. Coaching is a separate service with its own price and terms, agreed directly before it starts.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Ownership

The lessons, the plan and everything on this website belong to Rajdeep Chakraborty and Digital Areena. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to Eye Candy is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you pay is the one that applies to your purchase.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in New Delhi.
