This policy explains what personal data Digital Areena collects on this website, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• At checkout: your name, email and WhatsApp number.
• In the course: which lessons you have finished.
• If you apply for 1:1 coaching: the answers you give, such as your age, work, height, weight, goals and diet.
• Payments: your card, UPI or bank details go straight to Razorpay. We never see or store them. We receive the payment ID, amount, status and payment method.

Why we use it

• To give you access to the course and let you log in on any device.
• To confirm payments and help you if something goes wrong.
• To review coaching applications and contact applicants.
• To tell you about Eye Candy updates and new releases on WhatsApp or email. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Netlify, which hosts this website and stores the data.
• Rajdeep Chakraborty and his team, for coaching applications and buyer support.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your browser

We keep a login token and your course progress in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in. This site does not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you have access to the course and as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing digitalareena127@gmail.com. We handle personal data in line with Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Grievances
